Held in local peoples living rooms, the Open Houses are becoming the stuff of legend and embody the spirit of HearSay Audio Arts Festival. Just 12 people and a mystery host who only declares themselves as the tea (or hot whiskey!) is poured.  

Previous secret hosts include Helen Zaltzman, Chris Brookes, Neil Sandell, Lu Olkowski, Alan Hall, Julia Barton or Steven Rajam in the Old Gaol and the Priest’s house.

The audio series Open House Sessions is built around these free-form masterclasses held in the living rooms of local residents with a diverse set of subject matters and participants.
